Responsibilities

  • Base + Commission – HIGH COMMISSION PAYOUTS regardless of loan balance or home value. Lead Provided.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an Active License with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Applicants with a previously held inactive license with the NMLS, may be granted an Exception of Employment despite a currently inactive status. Evaluation will be conducted on a case-by-case basis—at the discretion of Reverse Mortgage Division Manager.
  • Reverse Mortgage Sales Experience a plus, but not required. 
  • At least 2+ years of Mortgage Sales experience required. 
  • Required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Calendar.
  • Previous Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
  • Must have a Coachable Mentality.
