Overview

Responsible for managing all new hire/user set up’s, phone calls and e-mails, as well as maintaining new user tables in the FT Admin site. Must work with other corporate associates to ensure all users; both internal and external, are assigned appropriate rights to perform their daily job functions as required in FastTrac360. The duties for the User Administrator include, but are not limited to, those described below.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Confidentiality: Maintains high level of confidentiality.
  • Training: Suggests training ideas for users based upon information acquired when resolving support requests. Provides heavy telephone/email support to system users.
  • Communication: Must communicate in an articulate manner, both verbally and written.
  • Equipment: Uses such office equipment as telephone, computer terminals, copiers and FAX machines.
  • Physical: Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision. Sits for extended periods. Hearing within normal ranges.

Responsibilities

  • Performs duties assigned/applicable to ensure all FastTrac360 new user issues are resolved in a timely manner including but not limited to:
  • Managing new FT360 Support requests & new user support Inbox to identify and address support needs associated with new company user requests:
  • Password resets
  • New user account set-ups
  • Employee transfers
  • New signatures required when an employee transfers, & or name changes.
  • Managing new hire support phone calls and completing or delegating as necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Creates FT360 user profiles and provides FT360 accessing rights for all newly hired PRMG associates § Sets-up log-ins and access to outside systems, as applicable, for newly hired PRMG associates
  • Maintains an adequate level of knowledge of FastTrac360 system and application software being used to provide high-level support to end users.
  • Participates in team meetings, providing input and suggestions.
  • Participates in training, as determined and conducted by supervisor, to allow for growth and advancement within the FT360 Support department

*Working together on internal projects from testing to final deployment

*Working in and managing the ticketing system and their tickets as well as the team tickets.

Qualifications

  • One year of experience in computer-related field, preferably to include user support responsibilities.

Skills:

  • Able to handle detailed assignments.
  • Proficient in typing and utilization of Microsoft software and the Internet § Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills necessary in prioritizing workload.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
