Develops and maintains relationships with Third-party Origination (“TPO”) production sources, Sales, and Operations teams. Maintains synergy between Partner 360 Alliance database of TPO Partner’s and sales force. The duties for Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to, those described below.
Essential Job Functions:
Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality
Organization: Develops and implements relationship strategies, satisfying customer needs with high touch customer service levels
Coordination: Utilizes organizational skills and technology to ensure all TPO business is compliant and meeting PRMG standards, as well as ongoing account monitoring for the Sales team’s needs
Communication: Communicates well verbally and in writing with any and all internal and external communications.
Equipment: Uses such office equipment as telephone, computer terminals, copiers and FAX machines.
Physical: Sits and stands for extended time periods. Hearing and vision within normal ranges.
