Overview

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG)  is one of the largest independently owned Mortgage Banks in the nation. We are looking for a detail-oriented Opener who can contribute to the success of PRMG. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with correspondent or retail production sources.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and maintain daily contact with sources of mortgage loan production including Processors, Loan Officers, to ensure smooth flow of loan applications and packages to and within the company.
  • Take applications from retail source clients.
  • Verifies accurate TRID compliances.
  • Orders supplements as directed.
  • Ensures updated rates available to client base daily.
  • Handles questions from accounts regarding underwriting, processing, and funding flow.
  • Performs a variety of tasks maintaining familiarity with Company concepts, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in mortgage operations preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technologically proficient in MS Windows software.
