Overview

The Chief Digital Marketing Officer (CDMO) is a senior executive responsible for driving demand, generating leads, and delivering measurable growth. The CDMO develops and executes marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition, optimize performance, and expand market share. This role is accountable for delivering sales clicks, leads, and revenue outcomes through innovative, data-driven campaigns and the effective use of PRMG’s digital platforms and marketing technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute PRMG’s marketing strategy to support growth objectives.
  • Translate business goals into targeted campaigns designed to generate measurable results.

Digital Advertising, Campaigns & Performance Marketing

  • Lead all digital-first marketing efforts, including advertising, social, programming, and video content.
  • Oversee PRMG’s websites, marketing microsites, and social media presence.
  • Direct the use of CRM platforms, borrower education tools, mortgage intelligence systems, and lead conversion technologies to generate, track, and close opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns and funnels through analytics, A/B testing, and performance insights.
  • Ensure digital platforms are fully integrated, delivering consistent, conversion-focused customer experiences.

Platform Oversight & Systems Management

  • Provide executive direction for administrators and specialists managing CRM systems, marketing automation, borrower engagement tools, reputation management platforms, lead nurturing technologies, and credit education systems.
  • Ensure all tools and systems are configured to create repeatable, sustainable, and scalable processes that improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Oversee provisioning, reporting, billing, and analytics to ensure compliance, adoption, and ROI.

Customer Experience & Social Media

  • Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and digital presence across platforms.
  • Manage PRMG’s online reputation, ensuring surveys, reviews, and listings build trust and customer confidence.
  • Provide reporting and analysis on customer sentiment to guide leadership decisions.

Support & Enablement

  • Ensure sales teams, loan originators, and TPO leaders receive systems support, training resources, and up-to-date digital materials.
  • Promote adoption of digital tools through training, live support, and accessible resources.
  • Encourage the team’s presence as brand ambassadors at company and community events.

Revenue Growth & ROI

  • Be accountable for marketing-driven pipeline growth, sales outcomes, and ROI.
  • Monitor performance across all platforms, evaluate outcomes, and refine campaigns for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Pre-requisites:

  • Proven success in leading performance-driven campaigns and leveraging digital platforms for measurable growth.
  • Expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and reputation management systems.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors.
