Overview

The Senior Marketing Strategist plays a key role in supporting and optimizing PRMG’s marketing initiatives with a strong focus on digital strategy, brand growth, and lead generation. This role bridges strategy and execution — driving forward campaigns, managing high-impact projects, and aligning marketing efforts with PRMG’s overall business goals. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical thinking, ensuring every marketing effort is both measurable and meaningful.

 

This position requires an individual who is innovative, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Senior Marketing Strategist will support the development of strategic marketing campaigns, digital adoption initiatives, and performance marketing efforts that fuel sales growth and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

 

  • Organization: Daily oversight and coordination of marketing strategies, timelines, and campaign execution to ensure efficiency across multiple teams.
  • Coordination: Serves as a central point of contact for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring marketing alignment across channels.
  • Communication: Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with leadership, sales teams, and external partners.
  • Equipment: Uses such office equipment as computer terminals, copiers, and FAX machines.
  • Physical: Sits and stands for extended time periods. Hearing and vision within normal ranges.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to support mortgage product growth and customer retention.
  • Create targeted messaging and content strategies that align with customer journeys and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compliant marketing assets across digital, social, and web platforms.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to interpret campaign performance and apply insights to future initiatives.
  • Maintain strong brand identity and consistency across all communications.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on data-driven insights and market trends.
  • Support training and adoption of marketing technology tools within the team.
  • Stay current with mortgage industry trends, marketing technology advancements, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to execute marketing priorities with reliability, flexibility, and a solutions-first mindset.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in mortgage or financial services
  • Experience in Financial Services or related industries preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze SEO and web traffic metrics and provide meaningful recommendations.
  • Ability to manage vendors and external partners effectively.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver who thrives.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and campaign analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics and turning insights into action.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional setting.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in mortgage marketing.

Education:

  • High school diploma
  • Marketing Degree preferred
