Overview

As an Account Executive Sales Assistant, your number one customer is the Account Executive, and you will be assisting them from the beginning of the application to closing. You may be working closely with brokers and the applicants throughout the entire loan process. To succeed in this role, you will need to create raving fans by having strong communication skills and be passionate about providing an excellent customer experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan docs (or comparable experience)
  • Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent analytical, written communication and verbal communication skills.
  • Technologically proficient
  • High school diploma or equivalent
