The Content Communications Specialist leads the ideation, creation, and optimization of brand-content in alignment with the strategy and mission of what has been classified as the 4C’s - Culture; Communication; Conference; and Cares. Blending journalism, PR, and data-driven strategy, the role uncovers compelling internal stories and delivers them across digital, event, and leadership communication channels. Working closely with creative, marketing, analytics, and cross-departmental teams, the specialist ensures content supports brand visibility, recruitment, and retention goals. The role emphasizes clear, inclusive communication, collaborative teamwork, while leveraging the use of modern content platforms, analytics, and emerging technologies to continuously refine messaging and engagement.

1. Content Development & Copywriting
· Develop and write content in alignment with the 4C’s
· Scout for relevant topics internally (departmentally) and externally (like a journalist)
· Write engaging content for emails, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, brochures, and social media as required by CCBCO
· Develop scripts for culture related videos
2. Internal Communications
· Draft internal announcements, memos, talking points, and executive communications for CCBCO
· Manage and prep content for newsletters in alignment with dept creative lead
· Work cross-departmentally with Retail, TPO, Training, Marketing, Compliance, and Leadership as directed by CCBCO
3. External Communications & Brand Messaging
· Maintain consistent brand voice across digital channels, print materials, and PR announcements
· Write press releases for milestones, events, awards, partnerships, and company news
· Support public relations initiatives, including media outreach and editorial content needs
· Ensure compliance-approved messaging across materials and campaigns
4. Event & Campaign Support
· Develop messaging for Sales Rallies, Leadership Conferences, tradeshows, company and partner events
· Write Event descriptions, speaker intros, scripts, recaps, sponsorship messaging, and follow-ups as directed by CCBCO
