As a Quality Control Pre-Funding Lead, you will be responsible for performing, training, and supervising Pre-funding loan quality control functions within the company. Assist Manager with Branch email communication. Routinely audit loans selected for pre-funding audit; re-verify information and check documentation to ensure compliance with established internal company policies and applicable federal, state, and investor guidelines. The Senior Encompass Administrator is responsible for the advanced analysis, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the company’s loan origination system (LOS). This position works closely with management and end users to evaluate business process, data integrity, and compliance issues as they relate to the LOS.

Receives mail, opening, sorting, reconciling daily mail. Assisting in satisfying investor and PRMG SLA’s preparing and tracking deliver of final docs. Assists in opening, preparing, and tracking original documents received. Monitoring timely reviews of each document received for accuracy. Works with team members to deliver documents to the appropriate personal for a second review and delivery to custodian banks or purchasing investors. The requirements for a ‘Trailing Docs Analyst I.’ include, but are not limited to, those described below.

Obtains and provides missing or additional documents as required by Investors and/or MI Companies to successfully clear the loans of any and all deficiencies identified during post-purchase audit. Performs regular follow-ups of requested documents ensuring timely responses, meeting due dates set by Investors and maintaining pipeline of assigned loans.
